It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Esther Bryan, conceptual artist, designer and coordinator of the Quilt of Belonging, on Saturday, July 30, 2022.  Her funeral is to be held on Friday, August 5th at 11:00 am at Old Stone Church, St.Andrew’s Presbyterian in South Lancaster.

The Royal Alberta Museum (RAM)is now open and everyone is welcome to see the long-awaited Quilt of Belonging exhibition. Visitors will be issued timed-entry tickets to make entry to the museum as smooth as possible, but once inside, guests can spend as many hours as they want visiting the exhibits. The Royal Alberta Museum in Edmonton has extended the Quilt of Belonging show until September 6th, 2021. Though the RAM is currently closed due to COVID, the lengthy extension should provide lots of opportunity for all to see the Quilt. We will let you know as soon as RAM reopens and provide details for visitors.
