Esther Bryan Along with the printing of the French version of the book, a third printing will be done of Quilt of Belonging:The Invitation Project . Sales continue to be brisk, especially at each of the exhibition venues and as there are major exhibitions still to come, more are needed.

Esther Bryan Several Canadian school textbook publishers, Thomson Nelson and Pearson Education Canada, are including Quilt of Belonging units in their new books with pictures, information, questions and special projects for students. Companion materials, including CD-Roms are being prepared for teachers as well. All will be ready for return to class this fall.

The Quilt makes it debut in the United States as the special feature of the world’s largest annual quilt show, the International Quilt Festival in Houston. Carol White The Woodlands Cultural Centre exhibit in Brantford, Ontario was such a success that the Centre’s staff extended the exhibit at the last minute. Close to 4,000 visitors enjoyed the show and all books available were sold out. Thanks to everyone who worked so hard to make this exhibit a success.
