Prince Rupert Schools Create Own 'Quilt of Belonging'

Seven schools in the Prince Rupert School District created their own 'Quilt of Belonging'. Students participated from grades 1-12. Many teachers were involved as well in making this truly beautiful and very large quilt. A formal opening event was held that included special dances, and guests and students in costumes from their different cultures. How wonderful to see such initiative and creativity as well as a community working so well together.
