Service Canada's Phase III Job Creation Program came to an end in July 2006 and participants Betina Spathis, Marlene Bigelow, Sylvie Beauchamp and Rejeanne Desrosiers have moved on to new challenges. The Quilt of Belonging Board wishes them all the best in their future endeavors and thanks them for their tremendous contributions.
